A dynamic blend of breath, sun salutations, standing poses, balance, backbends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions. Rooted in Baptiste Yoga’s Journey into Power sequencing.

Power 1

All levels (great for those new to yoga or more experienced yogis who want more alignment instruction)

A dynamic blend of breath, sun salutations, standing poses, balance, backbends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions. Slower pace and longer holds. Extra emphasis on alignment, modifications and use of props.

Core 60

A dynamic blend of breath, sun salutations, standing poses, balance, backbends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions. Expect several big bursts of concentrated core work (think planks and crunches) to build heat and strength in the front and side abdominals and back muscles.

Free Community Class

You read that right! This weekly class is free of charge, open to any and all levels of experience., and feature CPY mentor program teachers. Community classes are first-come, first-serve so get there early.

Buti Yoga

Fun + soulful blend of power yoga, cardio, tribal dance and deep abdominal toning. This is a high energy all-levels class meant to challenge you. Come with an open mind and leave with a six-pack!

Take the time to slow down and stretch out all your sore muscles in this slower paced class designed to open up the body, release tension, and get you grounded. Not flexible? Then you need this class!
