Power Hour
Our Signature Class
A dynamic blend of sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, core and inversions delivered with every teacher's personal flavor! A powerful class that will feel you rinsed and revitalized. Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed. (60 mins) Heated to 90 degrees. All levels.
VINYASA
This expertly led class strings postures together so that you move seamlessly from one to another, using your breath. Expect a variety of postures, a great workout and plenty of playful creativity. No two classes are ever alike. (60 mins) Heated to 90 degrees.
Journey Into Power
Based on the Journey Into Power Sequence by Baptiste Power Yoga, this class will get you out of your head and into your body. Featuring intentionally longer holds and a focus on your breath, this class will move you out of your comfort zone, help you discover what's possible, and leave you feeling accomplished and empowered. (60 minutes) Heated to 90 degrees. All levels.
DEEP STRETCH
A candlelight practice, taught in a warm room, combining relaxation and static stretch postures held for up to 3 minutes. Yin Yoga allows the body to relax into deeper flexibility, following the body's natural range of movement. This class stays close to the floor and is a great balance to our power classes and the daily wear and tear on our bodies. We will be still and allow gravity to do the work. (60 mins) Warm, but not hot.
POWER ONE
The perfect place to start if you are new or just coming back to yoga.
Slightly slower paced than our other classes, and no music, with emphasis on alignment and breath. It is suitable for those newer to yoga, and all levels who want more alignment instruction on the postures and modifications. (60 mins) Heated to 90 degrees.
YOD
In YOD yoga classes we focus on moving our body intentionally beginning with a 20 minute yoga warm up, 5 minutes of body weight strength work, a 12 minute HIIT workout and a deep stretch cool down. In this class, you can go at your own pace and do what feels best in your body that day. If you're looking for a class that challenges you and also calms you down during the same session, YOD is the place for you! All levels, heated to 90 degrees, 60 minutes.
