All classes heated to 90 degrees unless noted otherwise.

Power 60

A dynamic blend of sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions delivered with every teacher's personal flavor! A powerful class that will leave you rinsed and revitalized.  Expect to move, sweat, and leave transformed. (60 minutes)

Power 75

A dynamic blend of sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions delivered with every teacher's personal flavor! A powerful class that will leave you rinsed and revitalized.  Expect to move, sweat, and leave transformed. (75 minutes)

Core 60

This highly energetic 60-minute class incorporates core work, strong power yoga, and balancing to work your body and mind. This class offers a smart sequence woven together to build heat and strength all while listening to your body and pushing your own personal edge! 

 

The Works

Co-owner Sarah Frick's signature class. This full-body vinyasa class is a curated blend of yoga asana, pranayama (breath), plyo (jumping/heart-pumping moves), core, and strength work. This class is an opportunity to go beneath the asana and do the work that works while actively pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and working through the layers that build in our daily lives. You will be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually moved leaving The Works a little lighter and whole lot sweatier. The class moves energetically with a rocking playlist that will guide you in and out of power, sweat, and breath. Yoga experience recommended..

Free Community Class

You read that right! This weekly class is free of charge and open to any and all levels of experience. Classes are first-come, first-serve. Bring your friends and start your weekend off right! (Heated to room temperature)

Buti Yoga

A fun, soulful blend of power yoga, cardio, full body conditioning and toning. This is an all-levels class meant to challenge you. Come with an open mind and leave with a six-pack! (Heated to room temperature)

 

Deep Stretch

Take the time to slow down and stretch out all your sore muscles in this restorative-style class designed to open up the body, release tension, and get you grounded. Heated to room temperature. (Heated to room temperature)
