This workshop will tune-up your power yoga practice by looking at the essentials of the flow.  Think sun salutations, open and closed twisting postures, back bends and core work.  We will be breaking them down and building them up to create a powerful alignment that's the best for YOUR body. 

This workshop is for new and seasoned yogis.  It's especially great if you're newer to the practice, are back to your mat after time off or just have questions you've been wondering about!
