Get the most of out of your poses and your practice through a 2-hour breakdown of proper alignment of power vinyasa yoga. We will dissect poses such as high and low push-ups, Warriors 1 & 2, upward dog, downward dog, and chair pose (and many others that come our way!).
The workshop will end with a 30-minute flow to apply what was discovered. We will demonstrate, discuss, modify, learn (and unlearn) and laugh together.
