You can teach yoga. (Yes, you.)
We're a little jealous of you right now.
Sitting there, thinking about teacher training. What an exciting time! You’re at the start of a journey more incredible than you can know. Spoiler alert: It's nothing short of amazing.
Our 200 hour Teacher Training is more than learning Sanskrit and reciting yoga poses. It's one breakthrough after another. And we have led 25 of these 200 hour programs and counting, so we know our stuff. Whether or not you want to teach yoga at the front of the room, our program is a Slip-n-Slide of coaching, physicality, methodology and showing you what’s possible (Hint: everything). We guide you to give up what’s keeping you stuck and stopped in your life, and help you access the tools to playing BIG. If it sounds scary, it’s because it is.
But don’t all amazing things sound scary at first?
We offer two 200-Hour trainings each year.
Our Spring 200 hour training consists of seven, all-intensive weekends:
Our Summer Intensive takes place Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm for four weeks.
(The first week is Thur- Sat 7am - 5pm)
Participants are required to be at every sessions or will need to arrange make-up time at extra cost. Check back soon for 2020 dates.
